Temporary and Permanent Alerts to Communicate with Reception Staff
Alerts are messages regarding client care that both reception and practitioners can see. They can be used to remind staff of specific needs of the patient, or to pass notes regarding the treatment schedule from practitioner to reception staff.
Temporary Alerts: Visible on the patients file to Practitioners and Reception staff until midnight when it expires
Permanent Alerts: Visible on the patients file to Practitioners and Reception staff permanently or until manually removed.
