The audio summary report shows how many minutes of voice to text dictation used and is refined by location and date range. This feature of the app works similarly to the text message credit, Health Space is billed per minute of usage.
- The report can be filtered by date range: In the date range field you can use different types of date ranges like current day, current month, previous month, current quarter, previous quarter, current year and choose range, where you can specify the custom date range.
- It is also filtered by Clinic location, this can be used with the date range filter to provide a specific clinic’s usage over a month, quarter etc. Or the clinic filter can be used on its own to show total usage since launching the clinic space program. More than one clinic can be selected here to track voice to text usage across multiple locations.
