Sending a Manual Communication

Manual communications can be used to email or text a patient directly from clinic reception, to briefly enquire about something specific. Texts/ emails can be sent via the communications tab in the patient’s profile.

Sending Bulk Communications

This video provides instruction on how to send bulk communications to clients in your database. This feature is useful when communicating practitioner leave and return, clinic promotions or general notices.

Checking and Responding to Communications from the Dashboard

It’s important to regularly check for patient’s responses to texts and emails that they’ve either been sent automatically, or as a manual communication by reception staff.
