Practitioner Dashboard

The dashboard is your personalised hub for staying on top of your appointment schedule, to-do list, goals, patient notes, recalls, communications and tasks. It is specific for each practitioner, so may appear slightly different once you’re logged into your personal clinic space.  This video shows you where to find your dashboard and what’s there.

Daily Patient List

The daily patient list is essentially the practitioner’s calendar view for their day ahead. Appointments are listed in order and are colour coded allowing the practitioner to distinguish between the types of appointment as well as whether the patient has arrived and if they have paid. From the daily patient list, the practitioner is able to add a note and enter express treatment notes for the patient.

Unprocessed Payments

This aspect of the practitioner dashboard lists the names of patients with outstanding invoices whom the practitioner has treatment. The outstanding appointments may include missed appointments / no show fees.

Latest Communications

It is important to regularly check for patient’s responses to texts and emails that have been sent manually by practitioners. Here the practitioner can view text message communications they have sent to patients and replies have received.

Goals List

Monthly, quarterly and yearly goals can be added to the goals list. These are specific to the practitioner and aim to keep you on track and striving for more!

Task List

Your daily task list is found on the dashboard. Tasks can be added to the list by the practitioner to remind them of tasks that need to be completed. A ‘due date’ is entered when a new task is added and the task will remain on the practitioners dashboard until this date or until the task is ticked as completed.

Recalls remind practitioners to check in on patients who may have missed or reschedule an appointment, have not received treatment in sometime or have returned after an extended period away. Recalls are made to check in on a patient’s needs and progress.
